Allowing Renewal by Andersen of Houston to install new windows in my home has to be one of the best investments I have ever made. I had concerns about the cost initially but after evaluation on the product in comparison to other windows presented by 3 other companies windows and lower bids, I decided still to make the investment and go with Andersen. This summer has totally substantiated my decision, I made the right choice. Prior to installation of the windows, my light bill ranged $400-600/month. I am totally electric . My current bill I just received for August 2026 was 204.00. My home is little over 2400 sq/ft. I had new windows installed only to my front (10 windows) I did not replace my heavy insulated drapes -after the window insulation. I only kept my blinds and sheers and keep blinds open and my light bill still is only 204. I love now enjoying the natural light. I did have other major home upgrades, new central air- heat and insulation a yr ago which dropped my bill down but I have tracked the bill and compared bill since window installation and compared with bill history last year which was cooler last summer but my light bill was higher than what it is now. Since the window installation, the light bill has been 30-40 cheaper/ month . I can run my thermostat @ higher temperatures like in August I have kept my thermostat @ 77, yes 77 compared to 65 temp setting for years during the summer and still was uncomfortable. I am so happy I made the investment. Great Windows!!!

I had Renewal by Anderson install a picture window where a patio door was. The installers were done in less than two hours. We can already feel the energy savings.
