The sales representative, Dion, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly and took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure. The installation team, Jesus, James and Adam, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my home inside/outside clean when the job was completed. The paint team, Carlos and Sequedo, came as scheduled after the installation. They matched the paint exactly to the frames around the windows. The new windows look beautiful, improve the appearance of my home, and have already helped reduce outside noise and heat reduction inside my home. Stayed in touch from initial consult until the job was completed helping us know how to prepare for the installation. It was easy to talk to representatives directly—no “ robots”. The workers were respectful and easy to talk with. Tony, the gentleman in charge, patiently explained and answered our questions about how to use and care for the windows, left us the important tax paper confirmation, helped us when we asked how to reset our alarm boxes. They cleaned and picked up trash after they finished. The windows are beautiful and very functional. Just wish we could afford to do the whole house instead of just two windows.

They did a clean installation and were very professional. However when inspected by Texas Wind Ins, they had left 2 bolts out on each window. Not a game changer, but when you pay $15.000 for two windows one expects the job to done perfectly.

I loved them so much I immediately called the salesman and said get over here, I want the rest of house done. There is no other window that compares to RBA, they are the best out there. The professionalism of their installers is 2nd to none. The attention to detail is shown in the windows, the installation and down to the caulking every window looks the same. They clean up afterwards and there is no sign they were even there.

First class people, products, and service/ installation. Ryan Meyer, our salesperson, is knowledgeable and great to work with. He demonstrated the quality and unique design of the doors that make these doors the best choice for the price. The scheduling, install, and finishing were all handled with excellent customer service and skill. We had front and double back doors installed on our house and they have made an amazing difference in looks and functionality.
