I started the project of replacing some of my windows (in particular the ones that face East and west) last year. It was not cheap but the quality is the best and noticeable the difference in temperature between the glasses of the Renewal by Andersen windows and my old windows (remember I did not replace all). So this year, I replaced only one that looks at West in the hot afternoon of Texas. It’s not a simple window, because I wanted to keep the panels design. And I took advantage of the monthly payments. My house looks great and the inside temperature better controlled.

Had our back door replaced and we are very happy with the outcome. We were kept aware of the progress from start to finish. The installation crew was very professional and cleaned up everything when complete.

RBA has been "Top Notch". We had our first window installed over 10 years ago. It was only one window at the time, but we have been so pleased with it, we wanted to reach out to them again. Two years ago, we installed our bottom windows and front door. We have many of the neighbors stop us and comment how much they love our front door. This year, we decided to finish our windows upstairs. We have been approached by many other window companies, but we always tell them we were so pleased by RBA's professionalism, quality and installation, we would not go with any other company beside RBA. We worked with James; Salesman, on both our projects. He is easy and warm to work with. He is a true professional. Michael; Install Manager, has been instrumental in our latest project. He has been great about contacting us and never seemed to be "put-out" with all our questions. He, too has been easy to work with and we really appreciate his obvious passion for his work. Their painter; Edwin, is a contractor for RBA. He did an excellent job on painting the interior trim of our windows. I asked him how long he had been with RBA and he told me, "12 years". That says a lot about RBA to have a contractor with them that long. Overall, we really love our new windows and door. We can only say, if you go with this company, you won't be disappointed.

Engineering is excellent and installation was exceptional. They took the extra time to ensure everything was done right. No disappointments - they kept there word on everything. Highly recommended.
