We had an appointment with Shane Appleman to have measurements taken for window replacements to be done by Renewal by Anderson. Shane called us to let us know he was on his way, and when he arrived, he greeted us cheerfully and went to task acquiring the needed measurements. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing . . . while he was doing it. He offered to answer any questions we might have had and was just great to interact with. Our overall experience with Anderson from day 1 has been so, so positive, and we are already considering having other windows replaced! THANK YOU, Shane, for giving us a great experience today! :) :)
