We had a door installed in February 2026, made a clicking noise and was reported, 1st a available date to look at it was June 29th, 2026, replaced inside trim, leveled door and reported hinges would need replaced, after 3 weeks still waiting for trim to be stained, no answer from the rep who sold us the door, no calls from company on eta of finishing the job, high price to pay for such poor customer service....

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The salespeople who came by my house today ignored the no soliciting sign, acknowledged they saw it, and then proceeded to try to talk to my partner anyway. When my partner said he didn't want them there, they tried to argue they weren't selling anything. Then why are you here? This obviously didn't matter because they came back again several hours later and tried to make it seem like my partner was the one who was wrong and they were just trying to have a conversation. We made a police report because they came back, and their actions were shady standing across the street, staring at our house and pointing and talking for a very long time. How are we supposed to know these are legitimate employees of a business? Why would I ever do business with a company that acts like this?
