If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The salespeople who came by my house today ignored the no soliciting sign, acknowledged they saw it, and then proceeded to try to talk to my partner anyway. When my partner said he didn't want them there, they tried to argue they weren't selling anything. Then why are you here? This obviously didn't matter because they came back again several hours later and tried to make it seem like my partner was the one who was wrong and they were just trying to have a conversation. We made a police report because they came back, and their actions were shady standing across the street, staring at our house and pointing and talking for a very long time. How are we supposed to know these are legitimate employees of a business? Why would I ever do business with a company that acts like this?

Had a great install crew really friendly and did a great job. Explained and made sure I knew how they worked and did a wonderful job making sure everything was cleaned up. Would have them again.

Apparently a no solicitation sign doesn’t apply to them. Even when told there’s no soliciting I was told oh we aren’t soliciting then proceeds to tell me they are offering new windows. Maybe I don’t know what soliciting is and I’m the dumbest guy ever? Either way if they come again, I will be the new majority owner of renewal by Anderson Kansas City.

Jamie and Chris were very professional. I'm impressed with these two young men. They work very hard and ensured all my questions were answered. Great installers. On a scale of 1 to 10. They have 10. Thank you both for installing my doors and answering my questions. Thanks Renewal by Anderson. Update: I would like to add Mr Watson to my review. On May 18, 2026, Nr Watson completed the last service needed on the doors. Mr. Watson gets all excellents for all the work is completed On scale 1 to 10, Mr Watson is a 10. Terrible Experience, Poorly manufactured windows with massive gaps letting water in and ruining the ceiling inside, terrible screens that rattle or do not fit, and worst possible install destroying sheetrock, with cheap material and no insulation, spend your money elsewhere on much better windows like Marvin or Pella, even vinyl windows are better than their "state of the art" windows.
