My experience with Renewal by Anderson was very positive. There was no high pressure sales tactic, though they did present a large discount for same day purchase. Everyone I dealt with in the process was professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I understood the value of their product, what I was purchasing, and what the next steps were. My salesman used technology to show me exactly what my windows would look like in the place of my old aluminum windows.

Greg Hawkins presented the windows on behalf of Renewal by Anderson to us. He was very professional and very pleasant to interact with. He answered all our questions and also gave us information we didn’t think to ask. He was not pushy in any way. He showed us in what ways we could change our windows in order to save cost. We did buy windows from him.
