I would just like to let you all know that Scott did an amazing job installing a new screen in our sunroom door! He went above and beyond to make sure that the wrinkles in the screen were removed and a new screen was installed. I am not sure why the frame was concave on the sides but he managed to straighten them out and the screen was installed tight and straight! We are very pleased with the job he did!! My wife loved it! We had double doors replaced in August and had a small pad that had come loose between the doors. I called the service number and submitted a photo and they scheduled a tech to come out. Caden arrived after calling to let us know he was on his way, which we appreciated. Within a few minutes the problem was taken of. Caden was very professional and reminded us of the some of the warranty provisions which we had already forgotten about. We are very pleased with the quality and perfect fit of our doors! Great company!

Install team was great, led by Brandon. Kept us updated on the progress and kept the inside of the house clean during the install. They were very professional and considerate.

Just had a complete window replacement. Windows look great! Chris and Brian did a fantastic job with the installation. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up after themselves, left nothing behind. The entire Renewal team is very professional and easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Eric, design specialist very personable, excellent job. Jamie, concierge, did a good job as well. Rudy, Jeremy, and Michael, install team, came in and seamlessly installed our windows in one day.

They keep sending me junk mail. I called them to report it the first time but now I’m just getting tired of it. I live in a brand new home too so I don’t even need new windows. It is beyond me why they’d send me a cheesy fake handwritten letter for a promotion for discounted windows when I live in a home that’s still under warranty. Poor business practice and poor market research. Edit: over a year later. Their response below is comical. They don’t care and continue to send junk mail non-stop. I get something from them almost weekly.
