Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was extraordinary! From the time we had a consultation with Cal to the installation of our windows with the expert window install team, we were completely satisfied. Cal spent time with us answering our questions, showing us all of the options available, and helped us choose windows and a patio door that were perfect for our home. The installation team was the best! Nathan, Brandon, Heinz, and Levi did an exceptional job! They worked meticulously and took great pride in every detail of the install. They were kind and wanted to make sure we were happy with the final product. We absolutely love our new windows and patio door! Renewal by Andersen’s products and staff are second to none! We highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows and doors.

My sister in law had her front door replaced by renewal by Anderson of Lexington Ky. She lives in Manchester Ky and asked me to drive down from NKy. to provide some oversight. Other than missing the arrival window by 2.5 hrs, the replacement could not have gone any better. Nathan and Heinz were both extremely professional and courteous. I told them that this was by far, the best home experience I’ve encountered.

Overall wonderful wonderful wonderful experience! Starting with Stephanie who had excellent answers to every question. To Jamie who helped with scheduling. To the Wonderful installers ( I can't remember names ) they kept the house so so so clean. To Caden who came out twice for me when there was something off about my windows and fixed it to perfection. I'm so happy and pleased with everything! Thank you!!

Caden came to address an issue with our windows. He was very knowledgeable, explained our issue well and took pictures to request replacement of windows we are having issues with. Update: Caden returned today and installed 3 windows he earlier identified as having a flaw. With his help, getting the replacements was simple. He is the kind of employee any company would be glad to have! Thanks, Caden
