Staff and crew did a wonderful job working with us to get our windows replaced and front screen door. Great communication with the office. They were very accommodating with our schedule etc. the crew that did the installation were friendly yet very professional in thier work. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work

They have done several things for us and every time it has been high quality work, timely and excellent clean up after the job. They care about the quality of work they do.

GHI replaced a large window in our home. Their service was professional and knowledgeable. The installation crew was also timely and tidy.

We are extremely happy with our Renewal by Andersen windows by Geske Home Improvement. The windows are great and the installers didn't have an easy job installing in an old brick home but went the extra mile to make them all look great. Another update - I had to keep asking for a response and was told I had 3 choices. 1. Do nothing. 2. Take it to Ace hardware and pay for them to replace it or 3. If I want to have it replaced with the same material they would pay half and charge me half. Before committing of course I wanted to know what that cost would be so I responded asking for the cost of that option -- no response. So they ghosted me again. Update. We paid for the upgraded screens on the living room window. Not long after we noticed an almost dime size hole in one of the screens. I contacted the installation company and was asked to submit pictures which I did . After some time I didn't hear back so I contacted again asking about the status and was told it's up to the Renewal company and wait for a response. After 6 months I asked again about the status and have gotten no response.
