The crew from Fixed Point Contruction worked with renewal by Andersen to replace some of our windows. Hedgar, Jose, Jason, and Ruber were great. They answered all questions did great work and cleaned up nicely. We will definitely ask for them when we do the next phase of our replacements.

Renewal by Andersen kept us updated on the process of our new windows, Renewal gave us a date of the install and there was not a delay. Their installation team, Manuel Diaz did a fantastic job. They were on time and professional. They cleaned up after the install. Manuel made sure we were happy with the job they did. We had no questions! We love our new look! I highly recommend Renewal and Manuel Diaz's team! Great Job Everyone!!

We had all windows in our home replaced by Anderson in September 2024. We had one upstairs window that we had an issue with a couple of weeks after installation. After repeated calls, the technician came out and made an adjustment to the window. Fast forward to now, same window, same issue. Stayed in hold Saturday for 4 minutes before leaving a message for someone to return my call. As of 4:58 today, no one has reached out. I also attempted a second call Saturday at 10:43, no one answered. If the office is closed on Saturday, it needs to be made apparent instead of asking someone to hold for the next available operator. Be careful of Anderson, service after the sale is a hassle. We were considering them for two new doors in the spring. That will no longer be an option.
