BEWARE Installed patio sliding door was installed opening in the opposite direction than the one removed, not there is a heat/AC vent in front of it. we will e charged $3000 to get it reversed to the correct direction. Front door install was not fully sealed off, only partially in below freezing freezing temperatures and the house was freezing, furnace going continuously (hate to see my utility bill for that). Bay window install was great.

Bay window is great, they sealed off the opening and the hpuse was kept warm. BUT the sliding patio door opening was reversed from the one removed, and is not in front of a heat/AC vent. They will now CHARGE us several THOUSAND $ to correct it. The Front door was not sealed off properly/fully and it was freezing in the house, furnace couldn't keep up. The caulking was during freezing temperatures (unavoidable during the freezing install temperatures) and as it dried has cracked/separated from frame.

My experience was nothing but exceptional from start to finish. They listen to your needs and do not push beyond. Kyle and Clayton, my installation team were exceptional. Service techs Loren and Antone were great. They finished up our window and doors project.
