After noticing my new door handles were loose, Renewal by Anderson sent Pete to fix the issue. Pete was fantastic with the service he provided. Pete arrived on schedule, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Pete was also kind enough to wear booties, so he wouldn’t attract dirt on our floors. Thank you to Pete, and to Renewal by Anderson for responding to our request.

The installers arrived early to my house. They explained what they were going to do in installing the front door and did not stop until the job was completed. They did an excellent job in cleaning inside and outside of the house before they left .
