I am giving the Rep. Nathan, the 5 stars due to his presentation was excellent, his personality, communication skills and listening to our needs. We could not go with Anderson Renewal due to the extremely high prices on each window and no negotiation options.

REGINALD CAME IN VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT HE SHOWED US. IT IS VERY EVIDENT THAT THE WINDOWS ARE FAR SUPERIOR TO ANY OTHERS WE HAVE BEEN SHOWN. WE HAVE SEVERAL PROJECTS NEEDING DONE AND ONLY A SPECIFIC AMOUNT SET ASIDE TO GET ALL COMPLETED. REGINALD WORKED REALLY HARD TO GET THE COST DOWN AS LOW AS POSSIBLE BUT IT IS STILL MORE THAN OUR BUDGET ALLOWS. WE ARE VERY THANKFUL FOR BEING SHOWN THIS PRODUCT AND MOST OF ALL THE RESPECT SHOWN TO US DURING THE PRESENTATION. AT THIS TIME WE WILL NOT GO FORWARD WITH REPLACING THE WINDOWS.

The Install crew were great but our windows are not what I was shown & have been lied to from the blonde young woman sales rep and management. I got tricked into a finance plan that I did not want and truly just scammed. I am not great with tech and trusted the sales person to do right thing. The management has just thrown me around to different people with no one able to correct issues. I never could have guessed I would be taken advantage of.

Patrick and his team did a great job! They were here only 5 and a half hours and left everything clean as they found it or better, and now I have Very BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS in my home and my AC unit is cycling on and off again. Thank you!!!

Do not trust this company as they are not transparent about cost and if you do use them the contractors that do the work will not treat your home in any rational manner. Do not recommend
