Lee took the time to explain everything and answer all of the questions that we had. He didn't try to up sell or anything like that and was very transparent. Overall we had a great experience. We got the quote from Lee yesterday, locked it in, and I received a call today to schedule to have the exact measurements taken.

Today we met with Brenda of Renewal windows@10:30 and she was timely, informed and personable. We have double pane vinyl windows and they are falling apart. This representative was with us for over four hours teaching Renewal Windows 101. Our builder was Bloomfield and the windows fail to even lock now, so we’ve opted Renewals 18 month no interest plan and look forward to a cooler home. Thank you Brenda
