Renewal by Anderson installed 2 new sets of double patio doors that we purchased using a payment plan. The process from start to finish was smooth and transparent. Super happy that we went with Renewal by Anderson and decided not to go with vinyl windows and doors. The quality is immediately superior over what we had as kitchen windows and sliding door. The install team was in and out in 1 day which was incredible and they respected our home and family space. Also loved the pre-install support from Jade and follow up customer care visit from Chris. Outstanding company to deal with. In particular, the installers (James and Brandon) were A+++. Replaced a rather large bay window with a picture window and 2 double hungs—1 on each side. The picture window had a factory chip and RBA is currently honoring their warranty for replacement. We are waiting on the factory for the replacement glass to arrive along with the installation.

Working with Renewal by Anderson is seamless. From the consultation to verifying window measurements. The concierge to scheduling. They stay on top of everything. The install team is amazing. Professional and personable. Quality work and left the house just as they found it. The follow up to explain the warranty and how to use the windows was very thorough. Oh, and by the way, the windows our top notch. We have used Renewal by Anderson in the past, and will continue to use them in the future.

We had our patio and front entrance replaced by Anderson. The experience was seamless from start through installation. The installers were competent, quiet and professional. The whole process was progressive without delay resulting in a quality product and pleasant experience.

Dylan and Ryan were very respectful of my property both indoors and outside. They covered all my furniture and carpeting with plastic and cleaned up everything when they were done. They took all the trash with them. I had virtually nothing to clean up. I would recommend the company if you’re looking to replace windows or doors.

You never feel left out or ignored. When my windows and new front door were done I could not have been happier! It updated my home and made it feel new- but still my “ happy place” Michael went through all options at purchase Tony installed with his team with care and precision Lisa set all appointments up and kept me informed as to when everything would be done and ready to install with personality plus Chris came out after completion to explain the warranties and with a lovely gift. He assured me I could call him anytime with ANY questions. With had the most lovely chat and I felt so comfortable. Everyone-job well done!
