We are incredibly pleased with our new windows. In addition to being beautiful, the construction is sturdy, the panels move easily, and the locks are very secure. We have already noticed that drafts have been eliminated and our interior furnishings are now protected from sun damage. The tilt-in feature also makes cleaning much more convenient. While the windows were an investment, we found the financing options to be reasonable and the transferable warranties provide great peace of mind. Furthermore, the customer service exceeded our expectations. Every representative we encountered was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.
