Our experience with Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA, was exceptional. From our Design Consultant, Michael; our Concierge, Lisa, the Project Manager, Tim; our Crew Chief, James and his installers, and Lindon, Customer Experience Rep. All through the process they were professionals. They were here when they said they would be and everyone seemed genuinely to enjoy their work. We did not know what to expect when we initially called to enquire about windows and doors, but after seeing the finished product, we made the right choice. We replaced every window and 2 patio doors. Every appointment and every day of the install was on time or early. We love the product. Our home is noticeably warmer and they are beautiful. But the people of NE RbA made our experience truly memorable. All questions and concerns were handled to or above our satisfaction. Thank you, James and the install team. We just had Renewal by Anderson replace our front bay windows, and couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the whole process. Every team member was polite, professional, and very a tentative to our home. They were always on time for every appointment, and followed up to address any concerns we may have had. They even had to shovel some snow away from the work area, and were happy to do it for us with no complaints. The job site was kept neat and tidy, and cleaned up nicely when completed. The windows look fantastic, and now we have no more cold drafts leaking in. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson if you're looking to replace your windows. Thank you for a job well done !
