Josh and Brandon did an excellent job. They took pride in their work and kept all areas of the house clean when going inside and outside to replace an upstairs window. Both were knowledgeable in the work being performed and we appreciate their great customer service.

So many problems, where to start. First was the installation, they left windows framing not insulated, windows that did not fit, lied, never finished the job, and of course, over priced. Before framing the inside trim. You could see daylight coming through. Complained multiple times, the first 3 times they came out they said area was to small to insulate. After threatening to get an attorney they came out and behold, they pulled the trim off 3 of the ten and stated they were insulated incorrect. Still waiting, 3 yrs, for them to come out and do the other 7. Window did not fit. Will they agreed and said the would replace the window fit $1500. Salesman stated windows were energy start rated. 3 of the 10 were not and when they gave me paperwork, all 50 pages, I found the windows were available. SO, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING U TIL YOU HAVE AN INDEPENDENT WINDOW PERSON COME OUT AND INSPECT. Pictures and videos available. Complaint filed with BBB, a waist of time. After they were unsuccessful they stated to contact Ohio attorney General.
