The installation crew was great. On time and worked hard to do a good job. The overall process has not been so good, we were scheduled for May and here it is late July. The first installation date was missed because when the installer arrived he realized a part had not been ordered. It took weeks to get what was needed. Therefore I moved furniture inside and out, twice. I took two days from work instead of one to be here for the installation and I don't get paid when I don't work.

The team that came to our house did a great job. They were in and out in no time at all. They explained everything clearly, and did not make a mess. It was a easy install.

I greatly appreciate how the guys protected my floors, my furniture and the walls as they removed the old and installed the new windows. They were thoughtful, sweet and careful. Once completed, he explained very well how the windows work and was very thorough to ensure my yard was left clean. It is said that Renewal by Anderson has the best windows. Well, I can now verify that they have the best installers also.
