We were very satisfied with our doors. Three men showed up from Belarus Ukraine borders and they did an excellent job a 10/10 rating on the install of our new fancy doors. Thank you tooo much to them for making my house look 10 times better now. I’m a happy happy homeowner now!! Thank you to Dimitri and Ivan and David for your hard work and for just being polite and getting the job done in one day. You are excellent workers and people!!

This was a warranty replacement. Dimitri and Ivan were the best installers we have ever had to the house over all these years both with and without RBA windows. They were on time, courteous, considerate of all things, and cleaned up before they left. A phrase often used is "clean cut", and it sure does fit. I had already moved my sofa away from the windows but they still covered the sofa and laid down a covering as to not make a mess on the floor. This was not an easy install as there had been multiple removal and reinstallations of the original windows. Ultimately brand new windows were the only fix. Stephen the specialist was the one that helped make things right, and I am very grateful for the help. I am very happy with this final install, and grateful that finally things got fixed, after a previous RBA contractor did not correctly install the windows. They made things right. Thank you for honoring the warranty, and sending top notch installers. Dimitri and Ivan are who installers should strive to be like. I waited to give a review, just to make sure of my opinion, and it hasn't changed. A+++++

I was extremely impressed and appreciate of all the employees from Renewal by Andersen. Kale was very professional, positive, and not pushy with his sales presentation. The windows were ready to install within the time frame provided. I was provided updates at every step. Installation day I did not know what to expect. Dadim's and Andre's crew showed up shortly after 8 am. The entire 5-man crew worked diligently through the heat and high winds. They were all polite and answered any questions I had. They covered my furniture and put down carpet to protect my belongings. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the crew; they worked as a team and installed all 19 windows in one day. The crew vacuumed the carpet and cleaned up their work area. My previous windows were so foggy I had forgotten what a beautiful view I have of my backyard. My windows no longer sing when the wind blows and they make it much quieter. Thank you for a job well-done.

Had front and back doors replaced and the new ones look beautiful inside and out. The installation took about 5 hours and is flawless. I’m so proud of the new look. This completes the work we planned when we bought the house.
