Had the opportunity to discuss our project with Hugo Mendoza. He did a great job introducing the product and evaluating our project scope. We asked difficult questions regarding the window install process. I look forward to evaluating the Andersen quote with/against the other quotes we receive. Jun 30th 2026 update. The quote came in at $20,000 higher than multiple other quotes. We chose Marvin Ultimate to be nail fin installed by Carps.

We recently had our initial consultation, and going into it, my biggest concern was that it would turn into a typical pushy sales pitch. Thankfully, that couldn’t have been further from our experience. Tanner did an excellent job from start to finish. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. Instead, it felt like he was simply helping us evaluate our options and determine whether what they offer would actually be the best fit for our home, budget, and our needs. Tanner was very informative about their products and taught us a lot about windows throughout the process. Even if we don’t proceed with the purchase, we feel far more educated about windows and what to look for throughout our shopping process. I really appreciated his time commitment to us as we asked a ton of questions and he made sure to answer them all before leaving. If the rest of the process is anything like our initial consultation, we’ll be very happy customers. Highly recommend Tanner and Renewal by Anderson.

We are very pleased with our replacement windows and new sliding glass door. We appreciate the knowledge and professionalism shown by Nick Barna, Matt, and the install crew. Nick worked with us showing us various styles and finishes to fit our needs. From the initial meeting with Nick to project completion we were kept well informed. During installation Nick and Matt came by to check on progress. We were very pleased with our hard working crew( Josue, Alex, Jason, Victor, and Colton).

Unfortunately I have to adjust this review. Brad from renewal by Anderson originally pressured me to write a review. Since installation we have had a terrible experience. We were promised our windows would meet the OPPD standard for a rebate. We purchased 11 windows, 9 were exactly the same and only two random windows met the standard. When asked why Brad ignored me and has yet to answer. What should have been a $700± rebate is now $150. There is no follow through. On the day of installation a manager or the sales rep were supposed to make an appearance to ensure everything was smooth no one showed. The crew was amazing and the only saving grace for this experience. After spending almost 30k I would have hoped for better customer service. I would not recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone I care about. This was a scam for money. They do not care about your business or being honest. Please choose a competitor for your windows needs. If I could give negative stars I would.
