Had an excellent experience with Brad on our window and door project. He was informed and knowledgeable and upfront about product options and project implications. While we ultimately went with another bid we would be happy to work with Brad again.
I recently had a large bay window replaced by Renewal. Firstly, I would like to say that the salesman, tradesman, and overall finished product is 5 stars. Unfortunately I cannot give it 5 stars due to the customer service or customer dicservice. Before they even came out to measure the opening for the window, I received numerous emails, texts, and phone calls to fill out their survey. Why would i fill out a satisfaction survey before the product is installed? After a few weeks I opted out of the survey so they would stop bothering me about filling it out. Fast forward to a month after they installed the window, I get mail from them threatening to collect the second half of the payment. I called customer service, which went straight to voicemail and received a phone call back an hour later. Upon asking why they didnt just take the second half of the payment like the first, he replied that they delete all payment info after taking the first half. Doesnt make sense to me, but I gave him my payment information again to pay the rest of the invoice. I then reach out to customer relations, that had sent me an email a couple days prior to check up, about filling out that survey they so desperately wanted me to complete. After getting the run around for multiple days, i was told they can't send the survey anymore due to my opt out. So here I am writing my review on Google instead. I thought I was paying a premium price not just for the window, but also for premium customer service, which renewal is seriously lacking.

Tanner was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely honest. He walked us through the door engineering and installation process. He asked probing questions to understand our issues and wants and did not try to over sell.

Mike Ferguson was very professional and we had a really good experience getting a quote for our windows. He showed up on time, was super chill and easy to talk to, and took the time to check everything out and explain what he’d do. The quote felt fair and straightforward too. Overall just a smooth, easy experience definitely planning to work with him!

Jason with Renewal by Andersen was the most amazing salesman we have ever met. He was so respectful of our time, our home and our needs. He gave us honest, unbiased answers to give us all of our options. He brought demonstrations to show us different windows, different glass in windows, and all of our options. He pulled up quotes for us, tweaked little things to give us all of our options, and showed us what our options would look like. He cared about what we wanted, our timeline and what our priorities were. Jason was not pushy and so informative, I couldn’t say a single bad thing about how our consultation with him went. Our appointment was also only set to be 1/1.5 hours and Jason spent 3 hours with us to answer all of our questions without us feeling rushed. At the end of the consultation it was very obvious to us that Renewals by Andersen are the best windows on the market, and there is no one else we would want to do business with.

Having been in this industry my whole life and could have done them myself, but just don't enjoy it anymore, I was skeptical both with dealing with a sales rep and sub crew. BUT I have nothing but great things to say about both. You guys really impressed me, and I am very happy that we chose you. From the first visit to the install, it went great. Your crew that came out did great work, took good care of our place, and was great to work with. You have some great people working for you and THAT is hard to find these days! So cherish them and don't let go!!! Lol
