I left a previous review on the installers, but totally forgot to include my experience with your representative, Brad Lester. Brad first came to my house about four years ago, but at that time I was too scared to make the financial commitment. When I reached out to Brad last October, I was impressed he remembered me - not just because of his records, but specifically remembering our conversations and the details of my house, including details that had nothing to do with the windows. In both instances Brad was open, friendly, and considerate. His professionalism and knowledge are noteworthy, and that is the reason I was willing to work with Renewal by Anderson. Most importantly, after the installation, Brad was very understanding when I had some questions. I mistakenly thought the panes and windows were not what I remembered as being shown in the demonstration. Brad graciously came back to my house with all his demos to ensure I felt comfortable with what he displayed, what was ordered, and what was installed. He did it without resentment or irritation; he was only concerned about me being satisfied. After his patient explanations, I was satisfied (and also a little embarrassed). It takes a very professional person to do what he did the way he did. Therefore, please pass on to his supervisor what a great and valuable asset Brad is to the company.

The install was quick and looked amazing when the job was done. Michael did great getting the financing done and working with us to understand the paperwork.

From start to finish, the process was very easy and straight forward. Mike Pitt (our salesman) laid out everything in detail. The financing options were excellent and the process was easy. The installation team did a great job as well. They showed up on time, did an amazing professional job, and cleaned up everything very well. Highly recommend!
