My experience with Renewal by Andersen was very positive. The salesperson, Andolino Lopez, was knowledgeable on all products offered by his company. The ordering and financing paperwork was fully explained throughout the whole process. The installation of all windows and doors were completed by very professional and friendly install team. We had some previous issues with other window companies, so we were nervous to have another come out. Nicholas B listened to all of our concerns and acknowledged everything. He didn't pressure us into buying, and gave us multiple quotes on numbers of windows to be done. He was respectful to me and my husband both, but listened to exactly what I wanted and had in mind for my vision. By the end of the appointment we were comfortable enough and felt good enough to buy from him. Cannot recommend Nicholas enough!

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Renewal by Andersen in Omaha was incredibly frustrating, characterized by extremely high prices and high-pressure sales tactics. They pushed hard for a same-day purchase by offering a discount if we signed immediately, but we were easily able to find similar quality products from another local company for much less. But the part that upsets me the most happened during the product presentation. The salesperson offered us two financing options: 0% for 2 years or 6.99% for 5 years. He left his iPad with us to review while I discussed things with my spouse. While swiping on the iPad, I discovered a cheaper third option: 4.99% for 5 years. When the salesperson returned and I asked him about the 4.99% rate, he initially claimed that option was no longer available. Then, he quickly backtracked and stated it was available, but only for people with 'extremely high credit.' Intentionally not showing me a rate that I could potentially qualify for feels like a blatant violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. I felt purposely misled and kept in the dark about all of my options. I reached out to Jeff Fry, the General Manager for Omaha, via email to address these concerns, and he never even responded. I strongly recommend avoiding this company based on their exorbitant prices, high-pressure sales pitches, and completely dishonest sales practices.
