I recently used a local window repair service and was very satisfied with the overall experience. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the work, the company demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward, and the customer service team responded promptly to questions regarding pricing, availability, and repair options.

I was told by the salesman I would lose 2” in the window frame. In fact I lost 5 1/2” not happy about that. They replaced the wrong door, supposed to replace the bedroom door and they replaced the kitchen door.

I hired this window company expecting professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and reliable communication. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. What was promised during the estimate did not align with the final result. Delays were constant, communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to receive basic updates. The installation itself lacked attention to detail. Several areas appeared rushed, and the overall workmanship did not reflect the standards the company advertises. Instead of taking accountability and addressing concerns professionally, customer service felt dismissive and more focused on excuses than solutions. For a project that represents a significant investment, I expected transparency, precision, and respect for the customer’s time. Sadly, this company failed to deliver on all three. I would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to carefully review all options before making a decision.
