Salesperson, sales manager and install manager were all polite and very knowledgeable. I only say it’s overpriced because at my age I am still shocked at the pricing even if they are the best around.

I’ve dealt with Gerry and Sergio so far and both have been professional and courteous. Concerns and questions have been addressed promptly and it appears both employees believe in customer service and are a strong representative of the company. I’ve yet to have windows installed, however in dealing with sales and the measurement process I am confident the rest of my experience will remain positive.

We love our new windows! Jose and Mathew did an amazing job installing our windows. They were professional and did a great job showing us how to open/close the windows, remove the screens, lock/unlock, and tilt our windows. We instantly felt the difference…we could touch our windows and there wasn’t any heat. We are looking forward to the fall when we can open up all our windows and feel the breeze.

The installation crew arrived on time and went right to work. Everything was explained and the work started. Barriers were erected to reduce dust and debris which was a plus. Their work was very professional and their finished product looked excellent we were very impressed with Jose C, Mathew G, and Abriaham L. We would recommend that crew to anyone. Thanks so much guys.

John arrived on time after calling ahead to reschedule! He was very personable and tolerant of the 3 dogs I had in my home at the time! He measured for the windows and explained the installation process. He said that the windows won’t be ready for about 2 months. I’m confident that the windows I will be just what I need!
