Dave Westfall was very knowledgable and forthcoming with information to help me in my decision of window replacements. Project has not started yet but Dave has been very helpful in answering further questions I have had. He greatly represents the face of Renewal by Andersen! Once the project is completed I will review that aspect of the company.

I got a quote today by Dave Westfall. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable about the product and was not interested in giving a sales pitch while making his measurements and getting me the quote. It was the first quote I had gotten on this project that didn't feel disingenuous. I cannot stress enough how nice the experience was compared to what I've had to deal with. I highly recommend that if you get a quote to request Dave as he made the process much more bearable than other individuals that have dealt with through different companies.

DO NOT buy from them. I unfortunately was a new homeowner who didn't know better, and I was DESPERATE during a 100 degree + week long heatwave with original windows from the 70s and animals to keep comfortable. They came in pretending to have a wonderful sale going on and told me I had to decide today or the deal wouldn't be on the table anymore (first red flag). The cost for 4 ground level windows came to 11k financed. They didn't explain details about the windows so I ended up with windows that don't have a safety locking feature to be able to have them cracked open without an intruder able to get in. They open on both sides so it's literally impossible and a stick in the window doesn't do anything because someone can open the other side and remove the stick. So all summer I had an AC hose in the window that wouldn't lock, facing a busy road, scared someone would break in at night or when I wasn't home. They told me I could purchase some item that would DRILL a hole into the window frame and permanently lock one side of the windows..... thus damaging the new windows, and spending more money because apparently 11k wasn't enough. During install the crew stepped all over one of my plants and told me I should replace my (new) slider door with them. Then they asked me to rate them 9 or higher because if it's below 9, the company blames the crews for providing bad service, which was also a big red flag because that explains why this company is rated so "highly." If I rate the company appropriately with my happiness in mind then I punish some guys just trying to make a living, with nothing to do with the scam sales pitch by their employer. I just had 4 more windows and a door replaced by a local company (Mark & Co) for ~ $4,500 and the windows can be cracked and locked, the windows are JUST as good, and the service was fantastic and no scammy pressure to review them 9+ out of 10. Learn from my mistake and don't buy from this scammy company, shop local and get a couple quotes. If they tell you to make a decision today then block them.

Installers were courteous, clean, quick problem solvers and really nice!

Presentation Day - 7/09/25 Very good presentation by Renewal by Andersen with a wonderful dinner at Georgie's Restaurant. Installation Day - 10/27/25 Crew - Eugene 1 were fantastic and did an amazing job. Olag(lead tech), Volva, and Gemman were all professional, courteous, and friendly - so great to have them do the installation at my house! They arrived as promised on 2 straight days and they installed 3 slider doors, 2 large picture windows, 1 bathroom privacy window, and 1 entry door. Each day, they layed out plastic sheeting over my wooden floors, covered my furniture, and vacuumed the entire areas of installation after removing all plastic sheeting. Olag gave me an explanation of all Renewal by Andersen products they installed, showed me how to operate each piece, and did a final walk-through of my property to make sure everything was clean and free of any loose nails & debris. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen doors and windows and Crew 1 of Eugene!!😃 Thank you! Arthur Nishimoto

Fair presentation, but our biggest complaint was that the food was pretty much gone by the time they let our table go to the buffet. That meant at least a half dozen people, and maybe more did not get any food. When we complained, we were told nothing could be done, and the earlier people in line were just too greedy. We find this completely unacceptable, and think you owe us a free brunch. Another problem we had was the rep. that came to our table had no idea what a dormer was. This is a basic building feature, and him not knowing what it was takes a lot away from the presenter's statement that all the people involved with Andersen Renewal were professional, and knowledgeable.

Oleg and his crew were very easy to work with and overcame a few minor obstacles to make my project wrap up neatly ahead of schedule! The door is awesome and the craftsmanship seems to be excellent as well!

The team was professional, polite, and timely. They communicated the plan each day and stayed on schedule. Great work!
