Great service, great product! Installers were efficient and friendly. The company has kept me informed throughout the process from ordering to installation. I even got a birthday bouquet!

I have been getting harassed by this company for over a year despite multiple attempts to get off their promotion list. They just don’t stop. I would like to report them.

I would like to thank Nick Grove at Renewal By Andersen (Windows) for helping me choose a great window. He was excellent at showing me the value of the product versus other options out there. I felt confident with my choice. I waited to make this review until after installation. The installation went great as well. I’d like to think Michael B. (PDX01) and Serhii M. The installers showed up on time and were respectful, courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. Also, Michael B did a run through with me after the installation of my window, showing me how to utilize it, take care of it, and clean it as well. I’d also like to thank the customer service liaison team as well, who were great with any questions and concerns, and appointment reminders. I’d say it was a great experience all around. The only thing I would change is if I could’ve got a better price, but I understand you get what you pay for. A old proverb I like to quote is “I’m not rich enough to afford to buy cheap things.“ LOL 😂 Thanks again, Renewal By Andersen, Nick, Michael, and Serhii! Sincerely, Shawn G.-
