We are repeat buyers with renewal anderson, got some windows done, then did other set of windows and when they came out with doors, jumped onto that because we knew it was good quality and have been soo pleased! They came back and did us an extra favor of fixing what our contractors did not do correctly when doing the siding on our house after renewals first installation to make our windows work properly. Its amazing to have the nice doors that close so smooth and easy, our previous doors were a nightmare from the contractors so made the purchase of news proper doors worth it! I no longer have to lean in to close my doors! Thanks!!

Crew (2 man) replaced patio door with skill and efficiency. Absolutely no glitches and a beautiful result. Trim work matched old trim exactly. Update 1 year later: Everything is fine. No air leak. No water penetration. Glides easily.

We had 5 windows and a French door installed I think in 2022. This installation went perfectly and we love the new windows and French door! Finally Renewal by Anderson came out with the entry door lineup called Ensemble. We needed a back door so made the appointment. The Ensemble door is made with the same material as the windows. We wanted a storm door also which they could provide. The installation of the Ensemble door went smoothly and looks fantastic, then the storm door was installed and looked fantastic also. The big problem is the storm door is aluminum! The sun hits this part of our house all day and the aluminum will expand and contract. Some times you have to slam the door to shut it and sometimes the door won’t latch and stay closed. RBA has been out 4 times so far to fix the problem but then another problem has come up! Right now the door is closing past the stops where the Weather strips are! So now opening the door is very hard! I have no problem with RBA, they have been easy to deal with. I’m my opinion the storm door should have been made out of the same material as the Ensemble door. The cost of both doors with installation was $11000! I could have gone to Lowe’s and bought a cheap storm door! This storm door in my opinion is cheap!

Highly Recommend RBARC - The staff from Sales to Install were all very professional, friendly and great people to work with. We had 7 doors and a new front/screen door installed and we love all of them. They take time to cover all surfaces they are working in and clean up so well you would not have known they were there. This is the third time we have used Renewal by Anderson. We replaced some windows the first time that did not open and replaced them with sliding windows. The second time they replaced some crank out windows with sliding ones that matched the first ones. The third time they came and replaced our entrance door that didn't work properly with a ensemble entry door with and entry code for security. That's why my title is what it is because every time from the sales visit, to the ordering, to the installation, to the quality of the product, to the follow up, everything has been top notch. If you are considering an upgrade, give them a call.

Window removal and replacement went very smoothly and the new bay window really updates our older home.
