We had all the windows in our house replaced. The amazing installers did them all in two days. We love our windows and the hunter green matches our house perfectly. We’re wondering why we waited so long. We can’t say enough positive things.

This was our third project by Renewal by Anderson, and all three have turned out to our great satisfaction. This organization is professional from bid through completion. And communication is one of their best qualities. They continually keep you informed and updated—oftentimes a rarity in remodeling. We have had two sliding doors replaced as well as a set of three picture windows and they were all done perfectly. This outfit is one of the good ones. Everything concerning this process is first rate. You will not be left in the dark about anything or wonder when they’re going to show up next. Communication is flawless and the follow-up is out of this world. The personnel are friendly, efficient and forthcoming. They make sure you’re not disappointed in any regard. Since the above review, we’ve had another installation by Renewal. This was the second job we’ve had done by this company. The first was a sliding kitchen door to the outside, and our latest was installment of three tall picture windows. We were very pleased with each job. The company is extremely professional in all aspects, from estimates to follow through. If we have a third job to do, we will not hesitate in going with Renewal. This is my fourth review of this company and they never disappoint. Top quality materials and great service from the appraiser, Mr. Rice, to the office staff, to the construction expert It's a service that runs smoothly from beginning to end. They all keep you informed as to all the details, day of installation and time. When they say they'll be there at such and such, they are there, or they'll inform you well ahead. I've had four projects done, and if I need any further work, it will be done by Renewal by Andersen.

Excellent products, installation was smooth and fast with exceptional clean up. Really like the looks of our new door and window.

The cost is high however the techs who installed where very professional and clean. They worked till after dark and did an awesome job. The windows are very good quality. Eventually we hope to replace the rest of our windows with these.

Guys did a great job and worked all day to get 3 of 4 windows in then came back on Sunday in a snowstorm to finish the other one. Very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

This is the second time I have replaced my windows in my house and I wish I would have went with RBA the first time instead of purchasing the ones I did. The windows by RBA are a million times better than any other window out there. Also, it is great that RBA stands behind their products.

I’m going to be honest. Renewal by Anderson pays for positive reviews. I spent $42K replacing windows and a sliding glass door through this company. My house needed an update and as a single mom it was a huge decision. During the past two years, I have seen absolutely no reduction in my heating or cooling bills. I was told by a tech that I will always need one window replaced. I can hear wind whistling through my sliding glass door and can see cold air frosting on three windows. I was told I would see a difference with this investment. I haven’t. I’m actually paying more now, than I did with my old windows and frankly, I can’t afford it. I’m beyond disappointed. My original review was based on the promise of receiving multiple gift cards. I redact that review. I hope no one else falls victim to false advertising and promises.
