I’m going to be honest. Renewal by Anderson pays for positive reviews. I spent $42K replacing windows and a sliding glass door through this company. My house needed an update and as a single mom it was a huge decision. During the past two years, I have seen absolutely no reduction in my heating or cooling bills. I was told by a tech that I will always need one window replaced. I can hear wind whistling through my sliding glass door and can see cold air frosting on three windows. I was told I would see a difference with this investment. I haven’t. I’m actually paying more now, than I did with my old windows and frankly, I can’t afford it. I’m beyond disappointed. My original review was based on the promise of receiving multiple gift cards. I redact that review. I hope no one else falls victim to false advertising and promises.

Renewal by Anderson was the best choice I made for new patio doors..picture window...double hung bedroom...everyone was professional and actually loved their job..the difference Fiberx windows and door made is unbelievable...each step was informative and their knowledge showed..I will be using them again..

Wasted my time even calling these people

Update: I do not agree with this being characterized as one warranty issue. The front storm door, side storm door, and main side door each required separate replacements and service visits. Additionally, service spanning from April through January does not reflect timely resolution. I am requesting contact from corporate customer escalations to resolve this matter. Glenn ElsenHorstman We chose Renewal by Andersen because of their reputation and premium pricing, expecting long-term quality and durability. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We ordered three doors and storm doors in October 2024, and since installation we have had at least four service issues requiring multiple visits. This has included replacement of the front storm door three separate times, replacement of the side storm door(s), replacement of sealing trim on all screen doors, and trim around the side main door warping due to heat, which required repair. In the case of the warped trim, the local Renewal by Andersen manager had to escalate the issue to Andersen Doors and Windows to obtain a replacement. Warranty coverage was initially declined, which was concerning given the age and cost of the doors. Although the issue was eventually addressed, this process has left us uncomfortable about the possibility of similar problems happening again and how they would be handled. We were also told that with the storm doors, the screen needs to be open to allow heat to escape, which feels like an unexpected requirement for a premium product and adds to concerns about long-term durability. While the service technicians have been professional, the number and severity of issues on expensive doors less than a year old is disappointing and undermines confidence in the product. At this price point, repeated repairs, replacements, and special usage requirements should not be necessary. We are still hoping Renewal by Andersen will provide a fair resolution and compensation that reflects the repeated defects, time, and inconvenience. clean quick and very nice people

It is a big cost but they do have payment plans and the door I got not only looks really nice, it shuts firmly and securely with no draft. Used to feel light winds and cold seeping in with old doors but this new one nothing comes through. I will likely seek them out again when I need some windows replaced

Pricy windows but dang they are worth it. Makes the house look open and spacious. Easy cleaning, no ladders. Install crew installed and completed 4 windows in 4 hours with no mess and made it look easy like I got ripped off. Honestly we will buy more in the future. They stick to their product, way better than box stores. Its not in everyones budget but they are worth it!! Thank you crew!

The windows speak for themselves. The replacement windows were bigger but fit in the same opening. Well worth the price. Installation was done quickly and professionally. Cleanup was completed.

Excellent product quality, professional, prompt and pleasant Sales and customer service experience. Get what you pay for and these folks exhibited integrity, professionalism, and respect.

We are repeat buyers with renewal anderson, got some windows done, then did other set of windows and when they came out with doors, jumped onto that because we knew it was good quality and have been soo pleased! They came back and did us an extra favor of fixing what our contractors did not do correctly when doing the siding on our house after renewals first installation to make our windows work properly. Its amazing to have the nice doors that close so smooth and easy, our previous doors were a nightmare from the contractors so made the purchase of news proper doors worth it! I no longer have to lean in to close my doors! Thanks!!
