James Stronza was my consultant and he took plenty of time to carefully evaluate my space, review my window replacement needs and answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product options, materials and installation options. He was very helpful and accommodating.

The Design Consultant, Bradley Smalley, has been my introduction to Renewal by Andersen. He reviewed window and door designs, demonstrated the engineering and energy efficiency of the products in a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly manner. At no time did I feel hurried or pressured to make a decision. He has graciously answered a few follow up questions that I had. Bradley has set the bar of expectations very high for the remainder of the project! He is an excellent representative for Renewal by Andersen.

We had an excellent experience with our design consultant Kevin Ledwith. He was very thorough and helpful. While we had planned on getting a couple of additional estimates but we decided that was not necessary. We have scheduled the window replacements and I can review the windows when installed. My internet research supports the outstanding quality of the Renewal product also.
