If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 6 months for a custom exterior door and they didn’t even deliver what we ordered. Now they are trying to claim that I am doing a late cancel to take a significant amount of money. How did this door pass QC? Why don’t these people think they are held to their contract? I attached my contract photo of what we were promised and a photo of what they delivered. Super shady? Don’t go anywhere near this company.

I left a message as you requested to call you back, so I am hopeful we will be able to connect today. I am sorry to see that the grilles for the door did not come out as expected. It is unfortunate that this means that we have to build a new panel with the correct grille dimension. I am sorry for the extended wait on our doors, they are a hot commodity these days, it is a new launch and the demand for the doors is incredible. We are looking for ways to add new lines and or capacity, but that does not happen overnight. Your door looks great if you didn't realize that the grilles were supposed to be about 8-10 inches higher, which is not lost on me that it is the main focal point of your door. I do love the color, and bet that it will add to the beauty of your home. If the door was installed, it would still operate and perform as it should minus the aesthetic of the grill placement, which again we are sorry and need to figure out how we made that door that way. We are not going anywhere until we do what we said we are going to do as in the contract. It is going to take some time, yes, but we will get it done the right way for you. Stewart arrived on the early side of the time frame and was efficient and informative about my bathroom windows step frame and giving me a choice on how to proceed. I appreciated the explanation and clarification that they would have less glass on the width.
