DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only reason I give them 1 star is because the windows look and function well. However, the sliding doors have been an absolute nightmare. 1. The project was supposed to take one day, but on the day of, the doors weren’t delivered until after 4pm and they didn’t want to stay longer than the 8 hours they worked, which is understandable, but we last minute had to take more time off work. Additionally, instead of sealing the area off when cutting out the old windows, they just held a plastic curtain up, so debris was blown all over our living room. 2. One of the frame windows ordered was ordered incorrectly so we had to wait an additional 6 weeks for it to be manufactured. 3. They came back the next day to do the two sliders, telling us it will take half a day. It took a full day which was very inconvenient because I had to take extra time off work. 4. They agreed not to charge us until the entire project was finished but they charged us the same day anyways. 5. The new doors were extremely hard to open and they forgot to install the door locks. After a month, they were still so difficult to open, so we called for service and they ended up needing to replace the entire door. 6. The door replacement was 2 months later and they stapled the frame down instead of sealing or glueing, which completely ruined our molding and looks horrible (pictured). 7. The door still wouldn’t open right and they said this was normal. Then, the seal lining came off because the door was snagging and putting so much pressure on it that it ripped it clean off (pictured). They came back out and “fixed it”. 8. A year later, the bottom of the door frame wasn’t sealed and we have a leak that ants came through. I had to caulk it myself to fix it. Additionally, the door AGAIN is hard to open and has again ripped the seal/liner off, and the lock latch is ridiculously hard to close. 9. After talking with customer service endlessly, all they did was cover one of our monthly payments. For a tens of thousands of dollar project, this was such a disappointment.
