Window & Door Replacement in Salt Lake City, UT

Unfortunately I haven't been impressed with our experience so far. We paid over $26k for three windows and two doors believing that Anderson would provide superior service. The actual windows and doors appear to be great quality but the finish work looks terrible and other than the harassment from their billing deparment for final payment the communication after the original install has been pretty much non existent. They appeared to have sub-contracted the absolute cheapest people they could find and they weren't able to make a straight drywall line, left cracking caulk, left exterior areas unpainted and left a bunch of trash in the window wells for us to clean up. If I was getting a great deal I'd be okay with this but not what I expected for the premium price we are paying. Our original contract stated the estimated completion time would be 1-3 days however it's been almost a month now and I am still waiting to hear back on when they are going to come back and fix the interior work.

Collin and Sawyer were very respectful and hard working. Friendly to me and my husband. Got down to business and finished the job promptly. Good to see in young working men.

I do not appreciate your judgemental and creepy mailer you sent to my property implying that you had been on and inside my property without my permission and then claiming my windows and doors were in poor condition. This is a scum tactic! I will never do business with you. My windows and doors are in great condition and the windows are less than 10 years old. I hope you lose all of your business.

These guys quoted me 18k for three doors and 2 storm doors. 😂😂😂 keep in mind they were plain Jane doors. Nothing fancy. Lowes quote was $8600.00. Got them installed yesterday. Couldn’t be happier

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I’ve been extremely disappointed with Renewal by Andersen’s lack of communication and follow-through after our installation. During installation, the crew cut our alarm wires even though we had taped them to the walls and clearly pointed them out beforehand which caused a short in the system and required repairs. On top of that, when the windows were originally designed, we were never informed that the new widths would interfere with our existing blinds. This oversight resulted in nearly $4,000 in unexpected replacement costs and alarm repairs. After installation, a representative came to our home and documented several finishing items that needed to be corrected (glue on the windows, stucco patching, etc.). However, as of today (two months since install), I still have not received a response to numerous calls and emails asking when this finish work will be completed. No follow-through and no updates. The windows themselves are great, but the customer experience has been disappointing. A company at this price point should communicate proactively, stand behind its work, and complete the job.....none of which has happened in this case. I hope Renewal by Andersen improves its service, because the lack of accountability and responsiveness has been extremely frustrating. August 9th, 2026 update. I spoke with Renewal by Andersen shortly after my post on the list of items that still haven't been completed. As of today, those items still haven't been completed. All I can say "actions speak louder than words".

Cooper and Garrett did a fabulous job. From explaining the process, removal of the old door, install, clean up, and review, everything was perfect. If we need any future work, we would be thrilled to have them come back.

I never gave them my number. I told them to stop texting me but the more I engage them asking them to stop the more spam texts and calls I get. Stop harassing me!
