Purchase price for 48 windows and doors was top dollar, but absolutely worth it. The quality of the product is terrific, but the service even a year and a half later is superb. Things can happen as a house settles, and they have handled everything happily. Gerry on the signature service team helped today with three issues and was fantastic in making sure everything was better than right.

Jerry was here today to complete our window installation. He was very professional explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Once he completed the task, he reviewed the proper procedure for cleaning and advising what not to do to protect the windows and our warranty. An easy to follow process. Very nice installation technician!

Raul and Navil from Anderson were amazing. We had quite a bit of drywall and patching that needed attention after our new windows were installed. These two went above and beyond with the repairs. Everything looks beautiful! They were so nice and helpful, answering all of my questions. They covered everything with plastic so my house wasn’t covered in dust. Great job gentlemen! I would recommend Anderson to anyone looking for windows and drywall.

We had a few issues with the locking mechanism and the play in the door that was recently installed. We called the office and they sent Victor to fix the issues. Victor was very professional and knowledgeable. He adjusted and repaired the issues in less than one hour. He also was very respectful of our home and cleaned up after the repairs. I would always ask for Victor if we have any other issues.

When my patio door was installed the globe cover to the outdoor light was accidentally broken. Anderson replaced the entire light, fixture and globe. He was considerate and did an excellent job. Many thanks for a job well done.
