Im a repeat a repeat RBA customer im very satisfied with their windows very good product, not cheap vinyl. I’m on my second phase of windows replacement. I met with the design consultant Jennifer Bishop she’s was very knowledgeable, informative really knows RBA’s products. Jennifer took her time with me answered all my questions she helped get the best window design to fit my budget. She never made me feel like I was under pressured which I greatly appreciated. Great customer service I know can go to Jennifer Bishop for any questions that I may have and I will get my answers. Thank you Jenny greatly appreciate you.

Gerry was very professional and proficient. He took his time working on our doors and they came out great! He listened to our concerns and addressed them in the best way possible. Before Gerry left he confirmed that we were happy with his work and asked if we needed anything else done. The experience and his work were outstanding!
