Michael came to my home to provide an estimate and was extremely rude to me, and acted like he did not want to be here. I cancelled the appointment because of his bad attitude. I complained to Andersen, and they were very helpful and will send a new person to assist me. Will update the review once I see how that goes.

José the technician was knowledgeable andvery efficient. I had old Anderson windows and was having some problem, but he was knowledgeable and fixed them. And explained to me how best to maintain them in the future.

The window repair person was awesome. He actually did not have a part due to a miscommunication that was not his fault. He was able to quickly run out, find it, and repair my window quickly. The price was fair and I would use Renewal by Anderson again.

My service rep was awesome. He gave me a reasonable window of time that he would arrive, was very knowledgeable as he shared and answered my questions regarding my windows, left the work area clean and very efficient in finishing the job. Renewable by Anderson, TOP NOTCH!

Getting a new door on our almost 80 year old home was long overdue. The only downside is the lead time, but it was a made to order door and once it arrived took all of 3 hours to get installed. 100% sure we'll never have to replace the door again. It was money well spent as the new door is a massive improvement in so many ways.
