Service called to check window for a leak. Found exterior caulk had deteriorated, new caulking applied. Window checked , all good. Tech- Sofiane was excellent- professional , timely. He & his assistant explained everything, very thorough.

The Job was done quite well, the installers were amazing. The only reason I for 4 stars is because we are still waiting on the job to be finished. We are supposed to have a temporary step installed outside the sliding door, and one window arrived damaged so we have to wait for a replacement window to be installed but have not been given a date for that to happen. The original work has been done for about a month now. We love the windows and doors they are amazing!
