Tonight a repair man reinstalled our sliding screen. He took it all apart and it is now working well. Very professional. Appreciate that we still have a warranty. Love our French doors and screens. Thank you

Kevin stopped by twice to make sure my door installation was properly done. Showed me how to lock and unlock my French doors and fixed the squeak and door gap. He was quick, friendly and supportive.

Prompt, responsible and professional. Fixed the minor issues on the list and also quickly identified the problem where the screen door was installed upside down and wouldn’t lock and needed parts not in the list of issues. Spent more time fixing things I didn’t know were wrong. Very grateful.
