Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean. We were well pleased. We had two windows replaced. Our 1917 house was remodeled in the 70's and all the Andersen windows but those two are still in excellent condition. Those two were damaged in a storm.

The people who installed these windows did a horrible job. It is November. I specifically asked if they would be even or flush to the exterior of the house and that is not what they did. They are set in at least an inch. There is wood that is usually inside now exposed the Northern Wisconsin winter on the outside. I am going to have to hire someone to remove them and put windows in properly. This was a lot of money to make my home worse rather than better. I'm considering filing a complaint with the better business bureau. They were installed by Engstrums out of Hayward WI. They called after the fact and I told them this. The said they would check and get back to me. They never did.

Jerimiah and Cordell did a very good job of installing the window. They replaced the wood that needed replacing. sized the window to fit and took the time necessary to have it done right.

We had this company replace our windows three years ago and were so satisfied that we went back to them for a door replacement.

I have used Engstrom's for a number of things over the last few years including windows which I absolutely love. They've done roofing, skylight, gutters, leaf guard and they have never disappointed. It's been great to work with Chris and his crews, definitely deserve a 5 star review and the bonus is that they are a local business

The crew did an excellent job.They asked multiple times if things looked good or we had any questions.Did a great job cleaning up and vacuuming. They were friendly and polite.Got the job done in a timely manner.We would highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with the 8’ glass patio door leading out to my screen porch! It was expertly installed and beautifully finished when the crew left...and they came when they said they would! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful job.
