I really like my windows. The only issue I have was during the measured quote, we asked if we could put our blinds back up after the windows get changed and were told that we could. One of the two windows took up so much of the area that we now have to purchase new windows coverings and plan how to dress the windows. It is understandable because these windows are much thicker, but It would have been nice to plan for this ahead of time. Currently, I have insulated foam boards placed inside my windows frames until I figure this out.

Just had 6 new Anderson windows installed and they are fantastic. Installers arrived on time and did a great job with the installation! Windows look fantastic!

Sales and installation of all the windows in our home was excellent. Worth the price. My original review was 5 star, but I have since down graded it. On the day of install 3 individuals informed me one of the windows was broken and would not be installed at the time of installation and a new one was ordered. Fast forward approximately 1 month after the installation for the appointment to install the replacement window and the individuals that showed up were not an installation team. This is not the fault of the individuals that showed up. They were both great, but they could not install the window. Not only were they not installers, they did not have the frame to the window only the "sash" that was ordered as a replacement. The appointment was NOT made as an installation appointment but a "service"/"fix a problem". This was at 9am this morning (July 1, 2026). I still have not received any call/notification/text with any information regarding installing the last window. I still say sales and installation was excellent for what was installed, still waiting for the project to be completed and I may update this further depending on how quickly we finish up.

My dad got a basic 6/8 single glass back door. Nothing special. My dad is 84 and is in early stage dementia. They pressured him pretty severely and he paid 7k for it this one plain door, no sidelights, atrium or anything. They took advantage of an elderly veteran. Shame on them.

The people showed up within the time frame installed my new front door and did an awesome job! Very professional and cleaned up after the job was finished!
