The selection and quality is outstanding. Robert Keene, Design Consultant, is the ultimate professional. There was no pressure and he listened to my ideas of what I wanted and helped me choose. I absolutely love my door ensemble. The installation crew was also amazing. They protected my furniture and floors and cleaned thoroughly when they were finished. Everything went smoothly. Again, I absolutely love my new door ensemble and recommend Renewal by Andersen and Robert Kerne.

I had thought about calling these guys. Then one of their "not a salesman" people showed up knocking at my door which is clearly marked "No Soliciting Unless You Have Girls' Scout Cookies". I know he saw it as he said it was a funny sign. I told him to leave. He reassured me he was "not a salesman" and just wanted to give me a free window inspection. I asked him to leave again. And he did, but not before asking me to reassure the neighbors he was "not a salesman". "No soliciting" means if I have not invited you or your business to my house, you are not welcome here. And not that it matters, but I just had one of my vertebrae replaced with a metal cage, and it HURTS to walk to the door sometimes. I will not do business with someone that has such low regard for my clearly marked boundaries.
