Windows LOOK great but they leak..wind So far so bad...they are not local and schedule their visits in a NOT SO timely manor. Window whistles loudly and there is NO WAY I can live there. This is the MASTER bedroom. House is very small. 14' wide x 40' long. I cannot recommend this company. Yes.they answer the phone and are willing to come adjust them but this has been going on since November. Happy Not so new year for me. I can't add whistling window videos Only photo

Roman was fantastic! He explained every step of the way. He found a few underlying problems after removing our existing doors and fixed each issue. He was so careful about keeping the house protected so I really had no clean up to do afterwards. And the doors look great!! Would definitely ask for Roman again.

2023: Highly recommend Renewal by Andersen. The windows look great! Our installer, Sergey, was top-notch. He was very professional, courteous, and had great attention to detail. We will definitely be requesting him for future projects. Addendum: 1/2026 - we had more windows installed. Sergey was our installer again and he did another fantastic job! Highly recommend! The previous windows installed have held up pretty well and I noticed a big difference in temperature preservation.
