The two man crew, including Serge, were very professional. Never took a break that I noticed in 5 hours. Despite plenty of mess along the way, they cleaned every bit of it up. No complaints at all. Double window looks fabulous. :)

They came earlier than scheduled. Installed 2window in 1day. Professional and cleaned up after. Loved the windows. Screen came damaged. Ordered new one no charge.

Russo took care of a few windows whose locks had not been working properly. He also took the initiative to show me how to tilt the windows for cleaning which I appreciated very much. Russo is certainly an asset to Andersen Windows. Capable and kind. Thank you for this good service.
