They solicited our home twice and both times when I answered they asked for the homeowner or Mr.___. It’s me, a Ms. I am the female homeowner. But they refused to believe my fiancé who lives with me wasn’t the homeowner. So they wouldn’t talk to me without his presence. And once he did acknowledge their presence and state to them he did not own the home and it’d be my decision, they told him we both needed to agree and continued to try and talk to us as I shut the door. Extremely pushy and sexist. Lost my business before they even had it.

We had an old sliding glass door replaced. The process was easy from sales to installation. Excellent quality door. Somewhat expensive, but given the quality of the door, not unreasonable.

We had the best experience with Ryan Ackermann! He is the most knowledgeable and best salesperson i have ever met! He did such an amazing job that we gave him Czech crystals and a bunch of my watches to add to his collection! Thank you so much everything and helping us pick out the right windows!!!
