Donnie Howe arrived on time, measured windows and door, did not pre-judge us, treated us with respect and courtesy and was honest and factual with his quotes and options. He did not talk down to us, but treated us as partners in helping us to understand the product differences within the marketplace. He did NOT try any of the usual sales tactics of bullying, pressuring or misleading or asking us how much we could afford or “what would it take for us to agree to move forward”. He refused to move the decimal place to the left on the quote (LOL), and we agreed that buying quality means you only have to buy it once. The cat liked and trusted him which indicates trustworthiness. Donnie seemed to be a straight shooter, direct, was able to provide options and supported our choices even if we did not purchase everything. He left the door open for future purchases (as we continue to save our discontinued pennies). This meeting left us feeling positive about our purchase even though we would have to wait for our custom made item because of the unusual size, but it will give us peace of mind once it is installed with the quality construction for which Andersen is known . I would work with Donnie again for our next window or door project.

Door installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. Installers were well qualified and cleaned up very thoroughly after completing the installation.
