Window & Door Replacement in Tampa, FL

Doors installed and a week later the lock stops working. Haven't been able to secure the property since Thursday night. I have called or Johnny Friday morning. Couldn't get someone out to fix an unsecured door until Monday. Monday someone came out and couldn't fix it. I had to text and call multiple times yesterday (Tuesday) and we still have ZERO resolution They will take your $ but not fix their faulty equipment. They can't be bothered to call or text back to resolve either.

In my 35 years as a homeowner, this company has been the worst ever to deal with. We placed an order to have most of the windows in our house replaced. This process was started in september of 2024. It is june 2026 and they are now on the fourth time of installing and replacing windows...and they have yet again forgotten to have some of the windows ordered even though they told us last week that all remaining windows had been made and we're being installed this week. We have taken off so much time from work to be here for what ends up being repeated issues of windows breaking in transit, windows ordered in the wrong sizes, windows forgotten to be ordered and wrong type of windows ordered. Meanwhile, nothing can pass inspection so I have had to stare at foam insulation around varying degrees of unfinished windows for over a year and a half. All they say is how sorry they are but no one is getting anything fixed. I don't even know where to turn next other than to an attorney.

Renewal by Andersen's rep, Coltin Gilles, recently visited my home and gave me an estimate on impact windows. He was very likable, cordial, and knowledgeable of his product. It was a great experience.

We recently had replacement windows installed by Renewal by Andersen and couldn't be happier. From the sales team and office staff to the project manager and installation crew, everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The windows are beautiful and have transformed our home. Even though they're replacement windows, they seem much larger than our old ones and let in so much more light. Excellent product, excellent service, and an outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I've literally asked at least a dozen (I wish I were exaggerating) representatives to stop calling me and that I'm not interested. I've blocked their number and reported it as spam. Yet I STILL receive calls. Of all hours of the day. Every day of the week. It's borderline harassment at this point. Clearly their sales department doesn't have a solid information system to document that sort of communication. I would NEVER do business with this company even if they gave me everything for free.

The installers Frank and Carlos were great!!!! Very polite and on time. The job is fantastic.
