Nothing was too much trouble for Jacob, who came out today for a service call to make some corrections to our recent front door and patio door installation. We appreciate his attention to detail and the quality of his work. Jacob was also very knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly the right changes to make to ensure our doors operated efficiently and looked fantastic. He also offered some tips for condensation challenges we've experienced with some of our Andersen windows during the winter and encouraged to contact him if we needed any additional help. It is obvious Jacob takes pride in his work and we wanted to acknowledge his outstanding customer service.

I had an issue with one of my doors not locking properly, and a technician was sent to help. Jose came to fix the door, and he had also previously helped us fix a gap in one of our windows. Jose Landazuri provided excellent service on both occasions. He was professional, helpful, and did a great job. Thank you, Jose, for your excellent customer service! Highly appreciated and definitely recommended

The Team of professionals from Renewal by Andersen, for our just completed windows replacement project (especially our Installation Team of George, Vlad and Ivan), put product quality and outstanding customer service first and foremost through the entire process ensuring that we had the best construction project we have ever experienced.The entire process, from beginning to end, was quick and easy because we were working with the best people in the business: from Sales Consultant Rob D; Installation Coordinator Karishma and Project Manager Chad, ensuring our complete satisfaction. The disruption was minimal (though the installers experienced some unforeseen obstacles which they handled with ease due to their knowledge and experience) and the project was completed as promised - to our 100% satisfaction! We LOVE our new Andersen windows and will only be using Renewal by Andersen for all of our window and door needs in the future. Updated: September 1, 2026: Jacob came to fix minor issues and was outstanding: fixed the issues i. minutes, very polite with excellent work. A true Brand Ambassador

Jose Landazuri was more than punctual, fixed our sliding door as it wasn’t closing or locking correctly, even tightened our front door handle as they were falling off every so often. Asked if everything else was OK, very polite. Would be our first go to guy when it comes to our windows. Highly recommend Jose!!!
