The sales person was terrible. He spoke to my husband when I organized the appointment. We had to tell him multiple times to address me. He quoted $18,000 to replace French doors. $12,000 to replace one single door. This is crazy. He kept saying ‘limited time offer’, ‘make a decision tonight’, etc. Terrible sales person.

This review is long overdue. Jose L did a fantastic job making the necessary adjustments to our patio sliding door. It glides so easily now compared to before. He also provided advice on how to maintain that easy fingertip glide throughout the years. We were very happy and satisfied with his service and his outgoing personality. Great job byJose!

Take a arrived at a very timely manner took control of the situation, examined the screen, took it upstairs and replaced it in the window and made sure that all of it was secure. Very pleased with everything that went on that. The total transaction was a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to dealing with Anderson again. Hopefully, not in a repair situation. Have a good weekend..

We bought our slider almost 10 years ago and recently had some issues. Called up Renewal and they sent Jose out to look at it. He determined that some minor parts and screen door needed replacing. Renewal honored the warranty and replaced everything we asked for. Jose did a great job on the fixes and we would recommend Renewal by Anderson.
