An excellent experience with Andersen installing new doors and windows. The company delivered exactly what it promised and, in a timely fashion. After having issues with the original sliding door, Jacob (senior service technician) had a new door installed. The installation looks great and this door seems to slide much better than the last one. Renewal by Andersen really does stand by their work. Thanks again Jacob!

Excellent customer service from Jacob following installation. Issues that arose were addressed right away, and new screen door ordered when a defect was noted with follow-up on the timeframes expected to book the service appointment. Good communication.

Very pleased. Outstanding customer service by Stephen (project manager) and Feder & company (installer) at our Mount Forest property. Expensive but great quality, very reliable communication. Showed up on time, worked efficiently, spotless afterwards and no smell.

Jacob was wonderful! He kept in touch to let us know of his ETA, which was greatly appreciated! He fixed the issue and something else that we had noticed within a few minutes. He was very professional not to mention client focused. Than you Jacob for the excellent service!
