Installers Alec and Tim were in our house today taking care of some windows and the patio door. The both of them were fun and professional, providing explanations for issues and the solutions they were providing. My father Raymond Venne is very appreciative of their time and incredible work!!

I recently had my windows installed by Renewal by Andersen, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The installation itself was an A+ job. Foreman Jim and installers George and Ivan were excellent throughout the entire process. They were all extremely courteous, professional, and respectful of my home, and it was clear they took a great deal of pride in their work. Everyone arrived exactly when expected, and the project moved along smoothly and efficiently. Just watching the way the installers worked, you could immediately tell they were highly skilled and extremely methodical in everything they did. Nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled carefully and professionally. They even provided a time estimate for the job that ended up being spot on. A big shout out to the entire installation team for their exceptional workmanship and professionalism throughout the install. I also want to recognize Nate, the salesperson, who was highly professional from the beginning. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciated was his recommendation that I not go with the more traditional 90’s-style grilles I had originally considered. I am extremely glad I listened to that advice, because the unobstructed view now looks far cleaner, brighter, and much more modern. What really stood out to me was how efficiently the entire company operates. Honestly, they function with the precision of the Swiss railway system, and that level of organization and punctuality is a real rarity these days. Yes, Andersen windows are a significant investment, but I would strongly encourage anyone considering window replacement to do their research carefully. A lot of the competition is selling lower-quality vinyl windows that simply won’t hold up the same way over the long term. While the upfront price may seem lower, the long-term costs of replacing or dealing with failing products can easily end up costing more. This is a premium product backed by a highly professional team, and in my opinion, the quality of both the windows and the installation fully justified the investment. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.
