Very professional service provided by Jose Landazuri, he went above and beyond the original service request and adjusted another door too.

Terrible experience. Rep came out to give us an estimate on a double front door. All advertising suggested custom doors and windows - well everything I asked for I could not get because it was not in the catalogue. Next, the rep looked at the doors and thought that we would have to replace the five windows above the door because they were not supported - he called Engineering to confirm. Very significant cost. Fortunately we had another company provide a quote. They could give us everything we wanted in customization, less expensive than Andersen and we would not have to replace all the windows above. The Andersen quote came in 4 times as expensive and included work that did not need to be done. I truly felt we were being scammed. To top it off, it has been four weeks since the rep was here and has not bothered to follow up on the quote.

Jose’ was at our house today to service one of my Andersen windows in our bedroom, communication was great. He was in and out quick and replaced one sash that didn’t meet the installers quality check. Thank you Jose’

We had a very disappointing experience with Renewal by Andersen in Ontario. We initially contacted them for a quotation on replacing our windows and doors. A representative who introduced himself as a “Senior Design Manager” visited our home, reviewed the project, and discussed design options in detail. During the visit, he asked for our signatures. When we clearly stated that we were not ready to move forward and needed time to think, he explicitly told us that the signatures were only to confirm the design discussion and nothing more. Based on that assurance, we signed. After reviewing their proposal, we decided not to proceed due to the extremely high price, which was roughly three times higher than another reputable local provider we had already consulted. A few days later, we were shocked to receive a notification that our credit had been checked by two companies associated with Andersen. At no point did we give informed consent for a credit check. The only “authorization” they could rely on would have been obtained through misleading explanation. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices. Misrepresenting documents to obtain signatures and then using them to run credit checks is not acceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this company carefully read everything before signing and ask very direct questions about what they are authorizing. We will not be doing business with them.

Great experience with Renewal by Andersen. Jose Landazuri came by to caulk one of our windows—he did a clean, professional job and left no mess behind. The caulking looks solid and well done. Really appreciate the quality work!

Jose from Renewal by Anderson was the technician completing my servicing today. Jos3 arrived on time and me with a huge smile! I explained the issue with my door……weatherstripping and door sweep air leakage issue. José knew exactly what to do! He was methodical and had the problem addressed in less than 15 minutes. The door was tested for air leaks and the adjustment was “perfect”. The strike plates were also adjusted to make sure the fit was air tight. Jose left me with his business card and advised me to call any time! On a scale of 1-10 José scores a 12! Excellent customer service, a true professional. Thanks Jose John Wightman.

We met a representative from Renewal by Andersen at the Home Show this year and inquired about replacing some of our aging windows. Someone came out to our home & measured the sizes of the windows we wanted replaced. We received a quote right away & decided to proceed with this company. We took advantage of a promotion they were running at the time. We had Alec & Tim (our window installers) here this week to install the new windows. They arrived on time & were extremely knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of removing the old windows & installing the new ones. They were polite & very respectful of our property (they covered our floors, countertops, etc. with thick sheets to protect our property). When the installations were all completed, they ensured everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this team & this company, if you are looking to update 1 or more of your aging windows.

Ivan G & Nick along with Ricky and Nathaniel were amazing to deal with from the beginning. Ivan and Nick installed all our windows and doors and it looks amazing. They were so professional and they took their time showing us everything. I'd recommend the team to anyone.
