Jose Landazuri came by today to fix the weather stripping on one of our bathroom windows as well as on our front door. He was lovely! Super kind and he explained everything while he was doing it. And he took pictures to ensure everything was done properly. He’s been our service technician before and I’m so glad we got him again today, he’s the best!

The whole process was easy from start to finish. I was kept informed about timing and had my new windows installed within 6 weeks. The installers ,Edgard and team, were fantastic and professional. Our project manager came to ensure we were satisfied. Beautiful windows.

The Service Technician Jose came to fixed my back door . Excellent serviced. He.also checked on my screen windows near my bathroom in basement. I really appreciate it. A big THANK YOU 😊

This was our first winter after having all our windows and doors replaced by RBA. We’re loving the cheaper heating costs! Unfortunately this was a bad winter in the County and many homes lost their gutters due to huge build-ups of thick and heavy ice. Our gutters came crashing down and ripped/bent a screen and frame. Ordering a replacement was super easy. When Jacob came to install the replacement (so fast), I explained a minor issue with one window. He waited while I checked all of our 13 new windows (no issues), he identified the issue with the one window (it was an issue with a screw), and he took the time to fix it and ensure everything was opening and closing smoothly. Jacob was super friendly and helpful, RBA is lucky to have him!
