We had a small issue with one of the windows. (Windows and doors installed by Renewal by Andersen about a year ago) Jacob R was able to identify the issue and fixed the issue very quickly. He asked us to check other windows and was able to help to adjust a few other windows. While he was here, he found the main door was a bit off (which we would not have known) and adjusted it right away. Now, the door operates much better. Thank you Jacob for the efficient and effective work. We appreciate it.

We’re grateful to have Jose as the repairman Andersen sent to asses/repair the water leak we had on our Andersen sliding doors. Not only did he do the repair, but also gave us tips and recommendations on how to prevent future issues. Thanks to RBA for keeping professionals in their roster!!!

The 2 gentlemen replacing my windows and patio door were vary experienced. Curtius to myself and wife. Also the clean up was vary good. Recommend them to install any wondow or patio door.

Jacob was a great help and corrected all the issues expertly and efficietly. He knew exactly what the root cause of the issue was and corrected it promptly. He also ensure that all the windows/doors installed by Anderson were maintained and in great working order. He was also friebdly and personable... so much so, that ever our skitish cat cane to great him. Highly recommend.
