The rep came to my place fully prepared and gave me lots of information, history of the company, and did not do the "hard sell" bit. This was the initial meeting for my project and I chose to go with this reputable company.

Great experience. Quality doors installed. Crew worked hard, completed the job beautifully, and made a thorough clean-up. Nothing for us to do after the installation but enjoy our new doors.

First and foremost, the installation crew was outstanding. They were professional, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and put everything back exactly as they found it. The installation went smoothly, and everything fit perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints about their workmanship. My biggest disappointment was with the sales process. I don’t feel it was adequately explained just how much actual glass and viewing area I would lose when replacing my old windows with the new ones. That’s something I would have liked to understand before making such a significant investment. I’m also still questioning whether the overall value justifies the premium price. One concern is the process of replacing a broken window. From my understanding, I can’t simply contact a local glass company for a replacement. Instead, I would have to go back through Renewal by Andersen, which seems unnecessarily complicated and potentially expensive. Overall, the installation experience was excellent, and the windows look great. However, I believe the sales team could do a much better job of explaining the trade-offs, long-term maintenance, and replacement limitations before customers commit to such a costly purchase.

Cliff, Thomas, and John C were amazing! They arrived at the location on time, handle all things surrounding their work area with care, cleaned up after the install, and walked me through how to work the windows. These men were friendly, respectful, and noticed things I wouldn’t have like a little paint touchup or a loose door knob. I appreciated their efforts in making this another great experience by the Renewal by Anderson.

Long after they were promised, our French doors finally arrived—and were too tall to fully open without being stopped by an overhanging beam. You’d think they might have noticed when they measured. Anderson then tried to get us to accept any solution except making what we actually ordered, which they did belatedly and begrudgingly.

We had our front door replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding. They worked hard, did an excellent job with the installation, and thoroughly cleaned up when they finished. They kept me informed on throughout the process and took the time to explain how to set up and use my new door lock. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend them!

Josh, Cliff and crew arrived on time and went to town on our Renewal By Andersen Doors & Windows project. They were very efficient, swift, clean, continuous, professional, and fun!
