I have a first floor condo with flush thresholds. they installed one door and it is 3" above grade, no longer ADA compliant. I requested to have it corrected and they are giving me the run around stating I didnt ask for flush threshold. I understood they were installing the same flush threshold as is. they said they dont do ADA. which means they do not support the disabled or in compliance with the Fair Housing Act. see my photo now 3" above the floor.

From our initial encounter at a Renewal lunch we were impressed with the product line and people. Extremely high quality in everything they do and how they do it. However, it comes with a price so if you're looking for an "El Cheapo" replacement keep looking. On the other hand, if you want high quality products made for specifically your window by experts and installed by expert craftsmen who work for a high integrity company - this is for you. Very pleased with Renewal by Andersen representative Greg who came to day for information and quote. Greg is extremely knowledgeable. Explained different type window and difference of materials used by Anderson both my and me were very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, respect and no pressure sales.
