I signed my first contract with Renewal by Andersen of Vermont in March with Steven, and the windows and doors were installed in December. The quality is excellent and worth the wait, and the installation went smoothly. I’ve already signed for more windows and doors for next year—thank you to Howard for being great to work with on the second project. Highly recommend!

Howard Nichols was my design consultant and he is amazing. I had Ralph and Will install my windows and I was so excited about how well everything went and how wonderful they looked- 3 days later I called and am having the rest of my windows replaced. It is so comforting to have Howard come back and the installation crew will be the same. Exceptional service all around!! Highly recommend renewal by Anderson Vermont.

We have had a tremendously good experience with Anderson Renewal in Hanover NH! From the very first meeting, every appointment has been on time and efficient, and every process was fully explained. We waited 5-6 months for our install. Our install team was excellent! They were friendly and extremely professional. Team leader Ralph, along with Will and Dan were meticulous in the window and door installations; their finish and trim work is better than the original. The windows are beautiful quality; our house feels very comfortable and the traffic noise is remarkably reduced. Expensive? Yes! But really worth the cost, and I’d recommend this company to anyone who is interested in window replacement. EDIT to update; two weeks after our full house window install, the temperatures in Vermont soared to mid 90’s. I was making bread and these windows are so insulating that I couldn’t raise the dough in front of a window; I actually had to open a window to get the warmth I needed. We are 💯% happy!

Update: Thanks to the responsiveness and persistence of the person in charge at RBA Vermont, after many months, RBA Corporate replaced the problematic windows and I have not had any issues since. Initial post: I had 3 casement window replacements installed at my home in Feb 2020 (cost >$12900). These windows leaked when it rained. RBA Vermont's efforts to repair the leaks were ineffective so other replacement windows were installed. In March 2021, I informed RBA Vermont that the wind blows through the closing mechanisms of those windows. I have video showing how a candle flame on the window sill goes out and how tissue paper taped on the inside of the window blows in the wind. RBA Vermont has made many promises to fix the problem. They consulted with their "corporate" office and in May 2022, it was decided that a different type of window should have sold to me and would be ordered and installed shortly. I'm still waiting... I get assurances and excuses which do not help me at all with the additional heating costs I'll have again this winter because of these defective windows. Let alone the time and frustration dealing with this over the past 2 years.

I am thrilled with the window installation Renewal By Andersen has done on our home. The crew,led by John Murphy was professional, always on time, extremely knowledgeable of their craft, left the place everyday as clean as the day before. Very impressive. There were no issues, and for us, no stress. Howard Nichols, design consultant for RBA, was there from the initial home visit through the entire process, to the end, always available for any questions we might have. He was great to work with. We could not be happier with the results or the entire experience. I’d highly recommend Renewed By Andersen!

As a lifelong professional window installer, I must say, this company charges outrageous amounts of money. The sales pitch is high pressure, getting any warrantee work done, near impossible, the product, touted as a Andersen window, is not a true andersen window. The fiberlux is brittle and can crack. I would never pay this company to install windows.
