I am so happy and impressed with my new windows from Renewal By Andersen I can't stop looking at them and telling all my friends and family. I had my front bay window replaced and my smaller bay window replaced in my son's bedroom. My husband and I had looked into replacing windows many years ago. But it was not the right time. I waited many years to make this investment. It was truly worth waiting for. My windows are 40 years old. I originally met with Ron Comizio My salesman. I can't say enough about the professionalism experience That this salesman has. The entire team and Ryan were very helpful from the beginning to the end. He showed me exactly how lopsided my front window was with a small ball that Slid down an incline and also showed me how the warm air now in the summertime and the cold air in the winter time has been coming in through the windows. He explained that is why we are so cold in the winter and so hot in the summer. He discussed and explained how these windows are newly made, and functional As required by New York State law now, to prevent hot air from coming in in the summertime and cold air in the winter time. We will save money on electricity and we will receive an energy star credit of about $200 give or take an approximate amount, at the end of the tax year. I am also impressed with the initial measurers, surveyors, Radek and his co- worker.. They were at my home for a good deal of time and looked at a comparable unit of one of my neighbors down the way as to get the documentation as to use that for supporting documentation in the event the Condominium board needed that to make their final approval decision. They were impeccable with their measurements and are / were a very Detail oriented. In this regard, Al the windows fit perfectly into my home and I can't say enough on how impressed I am with the expertise , Patience, knowledge, of all involved. Also, Brian Macdonald, the supervisor, was so very helpful during the entire process. He oversaw everything and responded to my emails and phone calls as well as the entire team as well. . Then we have Vincent and Angelika in Installation, and the post insulation department who were also very professional. experienced and knowledgable. Angelika was in touch with me via email and phone throughout the two days that the Installation team was at my home. Vincent contacted me immediately when them windows arrived in the warehouse. He scheduled a tentative installation date . I was very nervous with the purchase and process since as we all know , it is a very big investment. The team made it very easy and I was more relaxed having such a great team working for me.and my husband. Ron our salesman, even returned And was delighted to do so, ,to my home several weeks later, to show me the windows the actual windows that would be installed in my home . I was not able to see them in his vehicle the first time he arrived due to the fact that I could not walk because I had a bad leg due to a medical procedure . I also want to thank Mr Nick Police in the service department who guided me on how to get the serial numbers from my windows. He even helped me on FaceTime on an evening . Most of all I want to thank Mark and his team and the three other workers that worked hard for two days to install the windows. They did not stop working for two days, 8 hour plus days in hot weather conditions.. They wanted and needed to get the job done. They were professional, on time ,detail oriented. I am so impressed with their work. I cannot stop raving about it.. I have sent my Sales Man's card to hundreds of people that I know. I am encouraging all my adjoining townhouse neighbors to also put in new Windows. I am giving Renewal By Andersen, a five star PLUS rating and review. Highly recommended! With the 20 years warranty you will have peace of mind that your home improvement investment will be protected. Our original sliding door was so drafty (original doors since 1972) and when we purchased our townhome, this door replacement is at the top of our list. We did our research and ultimately went with Andersen. They will take care HOA approvals (if any) and the whole process from start to finish. I must say the sales pitch during the initial visit/ consult is a bit lengthy but they are only making sure you understand what you will be getting and signing up for. Overall, I’m so happy on how it looks now and installation did not take long.
