We had Renewal by Andersen replaced all of our windows and sliding glass doors in 2014. Recently one of the windows just shattered in the evening leaving the glass intact but spider webbed. I called the Great Bend office the next day and within a few days a replacement was being manufactured and a few weeks later the window was installed. Best part, it was warrantied for 20 years so we owed nothing! Great customer service and very efficient.
