My experience with Renewal by Andersen started with the salesman, the person that took the final measurements, the installers and the informational videos..... everyone couldn't have been more helpful, respectful, courteous, informative.... I could go on and on!! It was the best experience that I've had with a company in the 40 plus years I've owned my house. I have 4 more windows that will need replacing and Renewal by Andersen will be my choice.

We had 2 bay type wIndows replaced. One in the living room , one in the dining area. The same "crew of two" removed ,replaced and trimed both windows in a timely manner. ( 2 days, one window completed each day). Both men were experienced in all aspects of the job. Steve and his co-worker were on time, didn't make a mess, cleaned up as they worked and afterwards. All my questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. I would recommend "Renewal by Anderson" for your window replacement, and highly recommend the duo that did our job. They were exceptional !

I have to be absolutely honest about Michael Privitera!! 100/10 off the bat. Extremely knowledgable about the product, didn't seem “on script” or “salesmany”. Answered every question. Not to mention I have kids running around and he was very patient (much appreciated). Michael made this stressful process much more comfortable for me and my husband. Again 100/10 DO RECOMMEND. Thank you again Renewal By Anderson and Mr. Privitera!
