The installers used silicone (which is not paintable) knowing that the wood trim was due to be painted this year. In addition to that, there are numerous areas where the surface was not prepped properly, preventing the silicone from adhering.. more photos to come..

We had great service from Anderson from beginning to the end when the windows were installed. Everything went off without a hitch! The install team was very solisatice about the property. The choice of the design is beautiful and I would certainly recommend Anderson to anyone.

Dan was great to work with and walked us through all our options, alongside issues we had missed previously. Did not pressure us for the same day purchase, and was very willing to help us find a setup that we could afford.

I recently had a window wall replaced in my family room by Andersen WNY. The work was done beautifully, and the team that came was amazing and very thorough about cleanup and my home when working. This was not easy task, as the 'window' was 11 feet by 6 feet high, and is most of my wall in that room. The communication with the office about financing and payment was clear and as stated in the estimate, and the work wsa done ahead of time, and the window is a major upgrade. The previous was Andersen as well, but 66 years old, but no longer able to be maintained. I would highly recommend them for windows, it is perfect and adds much value to the home.

Renewal by Andersen was professional, efficient and reliable. Their timing was actually quicker than anticipated, which is great. From the quotes to the measuring to the install, everything went so smoothly. I couldn't recommend RBA enough. We are thrilled with the results.

The commercial says they will replace one window. That's a lie!! I wanted to get one window replaced AND a storm door and they wouldn't do it. I told the guy that the commercial says they would replace one window now "to earn your trust later," but I guess they're not honoring that.
