The installers used silicone (which is not paintable) knowing that the wood trim was due to be painted this year. In addition to that, there are numerous areas where the surface was not prepped properly, preventing the silicone from adhering.. more photos to come..

We had great service from Anderson from beginning to the end when the windows were installed. Everything went off without a hitch! The install team was very solisatice about the property. The choice of the design is beautiful and I would certainly recommend Anderson to anyone.
