July 2, 2026 additional review for final installation: Justin L and Marc M were very professional, friendly and very neat. They went over and above to address a neighbor complaining the wind blew dust and/or debris onto her overgrown area. We found it odd because first install June 18 was a windy day and on her driveway side and no complaint. They cleaned her area as well. Thank you for an exceptional job and experience. We are very happy once again. Logan L and Marc M installed 6 beautiful windows. Their attention to detail, instructions to us, care in making sure each area was protected and cleanup was exceptional. They were professional, personable and friendly. We have additional windows to install and will definitely request Logan and Marc to be our installers. Thanks for such wonderful service. The Browns

Just had a great installation experience with Hans D., Tyler C., and Igor B. One patio door and seven windows!

Had Renewal by Anderson come replace a window with obvious wood rot on the outside sill. Taylor R and Justin L replaced the inner rotten board without charging us and were able to put the outer board back on so you can hardly tell that we have a new window. We were afraid that we would need to repaint the house but they did it so can hardly tell. In replacing our wood window, they also needed to cut into our custom wainscotting inside. They managed to do this without damaging the wainscotting. Except for some touch up paint on the interior frame, the window is good to go. They arrived on time and were done with whole process including cleanup in 3 hours. I will say they are pricey. We were also suprised at the 2 hour information session on their process and customization choices, but was worth it. We decided to start with one window and see how it went since we were going from a wood casing window to their composite. The window looks really good. They custom make their windows to match and unless you looked close would not notice that it is not like our other wood casing windows.

I can't say enough positive comments about this process. From the start with the sales person, the technical measurements taken and the final install. The window installers - RJ, Jason and Ronal were very professional, respectful of the property, and truly dedicated to ensure the job was done right, in a timely manner, but most of to ensure we were happy with the final product. They were very careful in protecting everything and ensuring all was cleaned up. They were able to addresses all of our concerns / questions. The work is outstanding and the windows and sliding glass door are beautiful. We can already notice the difference in the noise level. We used to hear cars and motorcycles all day long. It was like long awaited silence had come to our house. I would highly recommend anyone looking to replace / upgrade windows to use RBA. It is totally worth the investment. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of their work speaks for itself – – everything fits perfectly and look great. Had windows installed on our westward facing side just before the heat kicked up. Very noticeable difference in how much cooler with less effort we are able to keep the house. Greatful for the two person team of Carl G. & Aaron L. They were here all day and a bit longer than they expected, but treated all, including the dogs, with care and respect. Everything looks great and works great.

Without trying to be overly negative, the bottom line is that we paid a lot for less than we expected. We're happy with the 5 windows we had replaced, but at $25K for the job (after discounts, but including tax, etc), we thought we should have shopped around more. We expected 1 day installation, but it took 2 (not because the job was harder than expected, but they only sent 2 people for installation, and one of the windows was somewhere between 200 and 300 lbs - installed on the second story). A 3rd person would have been easily justified at this price - and much safer. The windows look nice, but the substantial reduction in solar heating we expected ends up just being some reduction in solar heading. We'll know more when the weather gets hotter, but we did have some direct sun coming through an old and a new window, and comparing the two, the difference was not as big as we had hoped for. I'm still happy with some improvement, but the sales pitch implied more than we got. Overall, I'm satisfied, but if I was talking to a friend, I'd say shop around more. I wouldn't tell them not to use Renewal, but if another reputable company is thousands less, I'd go with them. The Cadillac of service I expected from Renewal ended up maybe an Oldsmobile - but at least it wasn't a Fiat.

I had a great experience with Renewal by ANDERSEN, they did a great job replacing my windows. Taylor R, Chris K, Will A and Caleb were the installers, they were amazing throughout the process and knowledgable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am happy with the final result and highly recommend Renewal by Andersen and their installation team.
